Siphoning Strength: Each time you power drain/Burn/Steal the defender you get a fury.
Power Overwhelming: The more power they have the less damage you do.

Crit Me Baby One More Time: He takes 30% more damage from Critical Hits but takes 90% less damage from all sources that are not Critical.
Spry (Debuff): When he Evades an Attack you get a Fatigue Debuff reducing your Crit Rating by 1k for 15 seconds.
Sadistic Tendencies: He gains +10% Attack for each Debuff on you.
Bubble Shield: Each time you Block an attack you Block Proficiency is reduced. After 10 Blocks his next attack is Unblockable.
Non-Critical Experimentations: Each Non-Crit Hit on him has a 100% chance to inflict a random Debuff on you for 15 secs. Weakness, Decelerate, Debilitate, Atophy, or Trauma- all with 10% potency. Your Salve and Willpower Masteries are removed for the fight.

Round 1: Easy W for Bullseye, especially if you know the Side-Step trick. It's the same way to fight Domino. Wait till he runs at you, Dex back and immediately attack- works every time and is an easy opening for both QS and Domino.

Hit-Monkey and Bullseye worked well for QS.
