2.1 Nightcrawler: Standard fight with Jack. Avoid heavy at the beginning as NC can evade 2nd hit of Jack and revenge quickly. Only use heavy after relic, 4 SP2 are enough to kill NC. Nothing special on path.
Path Fight Nodes:
Saga Boost- Dormant Virus
#Saga Attackers Gain a Dormant Virus, granting 80% Crit Damage Rating & 15% Crit Resistance for 10 secs. This starts on a 10 second cooldown and repeats the cooldown each time the Dormant Virus expires.
Punishment Glutton: Gain fury each time a damaging debuff expires/purified from defender.
Rapid Metabolism: They shrug off debuffs 40% faster
Fights 4 - 6:
Trial by Fire: If you don't hit them within 6 seconds you are inflicted with an Incinerate Debuff for 6 seconds.
Fights 7 - 10:
Purified Slate: Whenever the Defender activates a Special Attack they Purify 3 Debuffs off them.
Fights 11 - 15:
Striker Vulnerability: Your Striker deals extra damage. You get a Fury Passive after the Striker finishes it's attack for 15 seconds.
Transistor: You get 100% more Spirit, but while you are below Maximum Spirit the Defender drains 0.83% of your Max Spirit per second.
Applies Bleed, Shock, or Other Damaging Debuffs:
Falcon | Mole Man | Elsa Bloodstone | Nick Fury | Ronin | Hit-Monkey | Black Panther | Spider-Gwen | Korg | Black Cat | Black Widow (Deadly Origin) | Okoye | Kingpin | Jabari Panther | Hawkeye | Crossbones | Blade | Gwenpool | Squirrel Girl | Misty Knight | Aegon | Killmonger | Black Panther (Civil War) | Agent Venom | Attuma | Zemo | Taskmaster | Thor (Ragnarok)
Titania | Gamora | Vox | Punisher 2099 | Loki | Quicksilver | The Champion | Iron Fist | Mordo | Diablo | Quake | Venom | Rocket Racoon | Psycho-Man | Captain Marvel Movie
Watch out for the Yellow fights above, the Incinerate hurts a little.
I really hate fighting Captain Marvel Movie- I don't know why, but I just struggle with her. Her attacks are so janky and her SP1 catches me way to often.
1 Revive used on Iron Fist (I know, how embarassing- I went to hit his block and he intercepted me with an SP2...)
Burning Blocks: When either Champion Blocks an attack, the Blocker gets an Incinerate Debuff for 6 seconds.
Don't Interrupt Me: Intercepting him with a Medium Attack Nullifies any Armor Up Buffs on you and you are dealt a Burst of Damage for each Armor that was Nullified.
Astral-Sense: He will Evade you if you try to Hit him while he is Stunned.
I Reveal My Trap Card! (Special Attacks): During his Special Attacks you are inflicted with Root or Reverse Controls. starting with Root and cycling whenever he finishes a Special Attack. Simplified: You will alternate between Root and Reverse Controls each SP he launches.
Immunity (Incinerate): He is immune to Incinerate.
Normal EQ: I was NOT looking forward to this fight. Since they "Buffed" him I cannot get him to switch modes, so he is always a pain. But thanks to the unbounded wisdom of two of my best friends in this game (and in life) - they told me to use Prowler. He is the answer Dear Readers. Keep him to SP1 (easy to Dex while you are Rooted) and I just Blocked Reverse Controls Specials (they alternate).
Prowler: (Thanks Knullspace and CharleyEll - You both are amazing!!)
SP1 for Tracking to remove the Evade. Tracking lasts 30 seconds.
SP2 when the Defender is Faltered. You Falter them for 3 Seconds on your 2nd Medium.
Elder EQ: I ran Prowler for Elder just like Normal EQ and once again- Prowler just wrecks him. I stuck to SP1 the whole time until the end and KO'd him with an SP2.
Bastion takes him out. Regular rotation of sp2 and the 1-2 sp1 and its over.
Serpent can take nightcrawler pretty easy in 2.1 once you throw a special and get his true focus up. Even if you catch a stray incinerate it's not that bad. With the evade shut down by true focus and unblockable specials it's a pretty easy fight.
Kate Bishop is generally my go to with nightcrawler. Cold snap arrows for the evade counter.
